Cowboy Cartel "Dusty Vaquero Days Ticket Giveaway" Rules

 1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, associates, and immediate family members of Cowboy Cartel, and any other companies involved in the development or execution of the giveaway, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. 2. Entry Period: The giveaway begins immediately and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time (CT) on April 26, 2025. 3. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the entry form located at cowboycartelgroup.com/giveaway. Only entries submitted through the form will be considered. No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. 4. Prize: The prize consists of two general admission tickets to the Dusty Vaquero Days Music Festival in Gillette, Wyoming, held on May 30 and 31, 2025. The winner will have the opportunity to meet representatives from Cowboy Cartel and JB Zielke at the event. The tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold. The tickets will be available at the festival's will call under the winner's name as provided in the giveaway entry form. 5. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on our live podcast on April 27, 2025. The decision is final and binding. 6. Winner Notification: The winner will be announced during the live podcast on April 28, 2025, and will also be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not acknowledge the win within 48 hours, Cowboy Cartel reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 7. Additional Conditions: The winner is responsible for all other expenses related to attending the event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, meals, and any other personal expenses. Entrants must be able to attend the event on the dates specified; if you cannot attend, please do not enter the giveaway. 8. General Conditions: Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Cowboy Cartel, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 9. Liability Release: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Cowboy Cartel and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. 10. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Cowboy Cartel’s privacy policy and will only be used to administer the giveaway and notify the winner. 11.
